How is this practical when the only one that was sinless was Jesus Christ. I think some churchs are doing this practice out of a religious perspective. When a church asked us to fast and prayer a though cam to me during the fasting that God wanted my heart to be right. As though I needed not to fast from food but things of this world as well...infact moreso.
