Orphan Outreach serves more than 5,000 children annually with providing early intervention, education, evangelism and humanitarian aid. Orphan Outreach partners with orphanages and
Christian schools to provide expertise and funding to meet the physical, spiritual, emotional and educational needs of vulnerable children around the world
Primary Needs Provided opportunities for trip participants to use the skills and passions God has gifted them with to share the Gospel, teaching English, life skills training with teens, encouraging and training teachers, ministering to children with AIDS, holding medical clinics, building houses, renovating orphanages and schools, pastor training, distributing food and water to people who work and live in dump communities, and handing out backpacks, school supplies, and other humanitarian aid
Number of Volunteers Mission teams are from 10-30 people. People in the US can support by collecting urgently needed aid
Prerequisites Mission teams minimum age is 12 when traveling with a parent
Requirements Typical mission trips last from 6-12 days
Length of Service
Mission trip volunteers pay their own way and most raise their support
Volunteer Benefits Individuals and churches partner with Orphan Outreach to serve these children through child sponsorships, humanitarian aid, prayer, advocacy, improvement projects and mission trips
