We are pleased to note that Hunger News & Hope received four awards for its work in 2022: (1) Honorable Mention to Sara Alexander for “Magnet for Exploitation: Haiti’s Long Struggle for Sustainable Recovery”; (2)  the Award of Merit (Second place) in a feature cluster for Michael Williamson & Mitch Martina, “The War in Ukraine & the Global Food Crisis”; Honorable Mention for Dawn Michelle Michals for “Why Millions of People Are Starving in Tigray”; and a Best in Class award (Award of Merit) for the newsletter as a whole.
